Modern Research and Wellness Company Launches To Equip Women Leaders To Live Harmoniously While Building Business, Sisterhood and Wealth

Kitchener, ON (May 29, 2020) – Wholly Living & Co., a wellness & research company dedicated to empowering women leaders are announcing their upcoming launch on May 29th, 2020 and Wholly Exclusive—an exclusive wellness community for women leaders seeking to build business, sisterhood, and wealth. The company’s website, www.whollyliving.company, details the company’s mission and agenda, which focuses on exploring what defines harmonious living for women leaders.

The institute is the brainchild of serial entrepreneur, scholar, author, speaker and philanthropist, Dr. Janét Aizenstros. She founded this institute as part of her personal “100 Years Legacy Initiative” through her single-family office, which helps support current and future generations of women leaders who are aspiring to build multimillion-dollar businesses. The mission is to help women leaders see the importance of developing sisterhood and preserving wealth while creating and maintaining a harmonious lifestyle. Wholly Living’s research will define the emerging dynamic of how women can become a harmonious leader using the 7 Pillars of Harmonious Living.

“According to Forbes Media, less than 3% of women leaders build businesses beyond the 7-figure threshold and even less beyond 8-figures.  Our goal through Wholly Living Research Institute will be to define different ways to diminish the discourse women leaders experience while building their companies.  I want women leaders striving towards that 7 to 8 figure mark to have the tools and awareness necessary to endure the journey. Ideally, the podcast will provide full-disclosure from seasoned women leaders who have gone through many of the experiences these aspiring women leaders are navigating through. I believe harmonious leadership is the result of identifying specific traits, attributes, qualities and processes with the importance of building personal capacity in the 7 Pillars of Harmonious Living, which are the foundational elements to success in life and business,” said Aizenstros.

As Research Director, Dr. Aizenstros continued sharing that the number one priority is sharing trusted collective findings that women leaders and society can use to develop an empowered leadership paradigm across all sectors to advance a more harmonious lifestyle in workplaces, and, by extension, the world. The research approach involves both applied and academic rigour to ensure its findings provide trusted, real-world usability. This study will use Grounded Theory methodology which sets the highest standards of theoretical saturation, creating far-reaching value and application.
